You take the course over the Internet and can pause at any time, picking it up days later from where you left off. The course has 5 modules in which you learn key communication skills by having challenging conversations with online characters. Each module is designed to focus on several key lessons.
This exceptional Online Negotiation workshop will teach you the basics of the negotiation process and will help you develop the skills needed when negotiating with others in a variety of settings. The course is very practical and focused on skill building through online role-plays.
Attendance at this course will enable mediator participants to comply with current CPD recommendations set by the Civil Mediation Council (6 hours mediation specific) for members of ADR Chambers UK’s Panel and those of other Mediation Providers
