Charles first practised as a barrister and has specialised in insurance and reinsurance for many years. He has acted om major insurance and reinsurance disputes affecting the London Market, acting for Lloyd's syndicates and insurnace/reinsurance companies, He has also been involved in many international arbitrations. He has handled a wide range of large professional indemnity cases for insurer, acting in respect of accountants, barristers, insurance brokers, property professionals and others. He has extensive experience of all types of caverage issues and policy wordings. Charles has also acted extensively in relation to insurance company run off and insolvency.He is also experienced in Equine Law.
