Extensive experience in litigation and arbitration for 35 years latterly specialising in aviation, commercial, construction and pharmaceutical work. Acted in numerous domestic and international arbitrations in commercial and construction disputes.

  • Appointed as Arbitrator by the ICC, the AAA, the LCIA, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Hungarian Court of Arbitration and as Mediator by the AAA.

  • 36 Arbitration Awards issued since January 2000.

  • Frequent speaker on arbitration in Europe and North America and regular attendee of courses of Chartered Institute and seminars of the LCIA and CEDR.

  • Served in Royal Navy Reserve 1954-1964; in active service in Royal Navy 1956-1958 retired in rank of Lieutenant RNR
