Currently taking a break from practice with a young family. Daphne was called to the Bar in 1985 and practised for 12 years at the Commercial Bar in Fountain Court Chambers, Temple in commercial and employment litigation.

During this time Daphne advised and represented clients of top 100 firms on a wide variety of civil commercial issues, but particularly on all types of contractual disputes. In November 1997 she left private practice, to develop family life. At that time Chambers & Partners 1997 Guide to the Legal Profession placed Mrs Loebl within the top 11 junior counsel in London recommended for commercial work.

Since 1997 she has worked part-time in the litigation department of London Solicitors, Denton Wilde Sapte supporting their work in commercial, insurance and banking disputes.
