In practice at the English Bar specialising in Technology and Construction law.

Extensive experience as an advocate in the High Court and in Domestic and International Arbitration.

Experience of legal and technical disputes involving commercial, industrial, residential and institutional buildings, power stations (gas-fired, “waste” fuel and nuclear), chemical process plant, mining, tunnels, bridges, railways, landfill and land reclamation projects, offshore structures, ships, motorways, telecommunications and computer systems.

Advised in relation to the principal standard form building and engineering contracts including the JCT, ICE, FIDIC, I Mech. E, I Chem.E, MF/1, CC/Works/1, GC/Stores/1, RIBA and ACE forms of contract.

Chartered Arbitrator. Appointed as arbitrator in numerous arbitrations and as legal assessor to lay arbitrators. Acted as party's representative in mediation and conciliation proceedings.
