Called 1976, silk 1995 - Cherie practices in employment and discrimination law acting for applicants and respondents. In her public law practice she advises local authorities and other public bodies, individuals and companies.

She lectures widely on human rights and advises on the implications of the Human Rights Act. She has appeared in the ECJ and in Commonwealth jurisdictions, and has sat as an international arbitrator.

She sits as a Recorder in the County Court and Crown Court and is a Bencher of Lincoln\'s Inn. Cherie is an accredited mediator under the ADR Chambers/Harvard Law Project scheme.
