Claude is a Senior Partner in the Toronto firm of Fasken Martineau, the Chairman of ADR Chambers International, Immediate Past-Chair of the national firm of Fasken Martineau and an Immediate Past Public Director of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is an Elected Fellow and Past-Chair of the Canadian American Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is an Elected Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a member of Council of the International Commission of Jurists (Canadian Section).

Over the years, Claude has been actively involved in Canada as lead counsel in general commercial litigation at the trial and appellate level and before boards of arbitration. He has successfully handled litigation that was complex, lengthy and detailed. Claude has been actively involved in mediating and settling disputes on a commercial and professional level. In his leadership roles within bar associations, he has developed a reputation for impartiality and integrity. He has had extensive experience in litigation relating to banking, securities, aeronautical, construction issues and professional responsibilities.
