Guild v. Eskander Ltd (2001)F.S.R 38 (Rimer J);(2002) EWCA Civ 366 (CA): copyright and design right in designer clothing field. Dunkin' Donuts Inc. v. DD UK Ltd, QBD (not yet reported), 23.5.02 and 2.7.02: construction of franchise agreement and quantum of damages for breach. Claim for over £30m. Shah v. Shah, QBD, unrep., 4.8.00: enforcement of loan agreement for £1.6m in context of collapse of large Kenyan bank in context of alleged fraud by directors. Issues as to fraudulent misrepresentation, duress, formalities and estoppel. News Datacom v. Luzann ChD(1997-8).
