As a barrister Graham specialises in property matters such as landlord & tenant, nuisance and other property-related torts; boundaries & easements; trusts of land; contract; partnership; negligence (including professional negligence); aspects of local government work; inheritance claims and contested probate. As an RPTS chairman he regularly has to tease out issues between unrepresented parties in disputes about property management, encouraging them to adopt a constructive, co-operative and forward-thinking approach to resolving problems for the sake of their future enjoyment of their building.
