    Peter Fraser is a highly experienced barrister with considerable experience of litigation, both in the High Court and arbitrations, many of which are international.

    His legal work consists both of specialist construction and technology matters (in which his chambers, Atkin Building, is the leading specialist set), as well as wider commercial matters such as insurance, tax, professional negligence of architects, surveyors, engineers and accountants, as well as sports law.

    He has many years’ experience of highly technical issues concerning all kinds of disputes, including major worldwide construction projects, computers and telecommunications, and insurance. Peter also has three years experience on News International panel of pre-publication libel lawyers.

    His experience of arbitration and mediation is extensive. The international elements of his practice include Hong Kong, China, Bermuda, South Africa and the United States. In 2002 he was selected by the Lord Chancellor for training as a Recorder, a part-time judicial post.

    His sporting interests include ski-ing, walking and swimming.
