I am an intellectual property law specialist. I have appeared in many cases in the English Courts and have represented the United Kingdom at the European Court of Justice. I was the first intellectual property specialist to be appointed to the Court of Appeal and since my appointment in 1995, I have adjudicated on most of the patent cases that reached the Court of Appeal. During this time I have also been concerned with all types of cases including:
