General Information: 
Robin Hollington was called to the Bar in 1979 and took silk in 1999. He specialises in all aspects of company, insolvency and financial services law, both contentious and non-contentious, and commercial litigation in all divisions of the High Court. He has appeared in many recent high-profile insolvency and civil fraud cases. He has particular experience in shareholders’ disputes, having appeared in the House of Lords in the leading case of O’Neill v Phillips and many other recent reported cases. He is the author of Minority Shareholders’ Rights,

Other particular areas of experience are schemes for the transfer of insurance businesses, professional negligence, professional discipline and regulation, judicial review and human rights. His international practice includes cases in Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.

His recreational activities include golf and tennis.
