Robert Willer

Robert Willer has had over thirty years experience of litigation of every kind. Since 1987 he has specialised in personal injury and professional negligence work. He has always been particularly conscious of the uncertainties and pressures (financial, administrative and emotional) of the litigation process and has aimed to provide his clients with a satisfactory resolution of their disputes, within the earliest appropriate time-frame and at reasonable cost.

Well over 95% of his personal injury cases since 1987 have been satisfactorily settled without the need for a court hearing. The percentage is even higher for clinical negligence cases.

Robert Willer’s general professional negligence practice has centred on Solicitors (conduct of litigation, conveyancing, drafting) and Architects (designing, specifying, supervising,billing), but has also included Accountants and Financial advisers. He brings a practical and commercial but understanding approach to all his cases. He knows how to get people to act in their own best interests. He will apply the same approach, enhanced by a wealth of experience inside and outside the Bar, to the practice of Mediation.
