General Information: 

Rob, who has practised since 1984, has extensive experience resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation, with particular emphasis on contractual disputes across a broad range of commercial activities, insurance and claims involving allegations of professional negligence (solicitors, valuers, surveyors and accountants) which he has prosecuted on behalf of commercial and private clients and defended on behalf of their insurers, reinsurers and Lloyd's syndicates).  He is regularly instructed in connection with substantial disputes involving contractual, professional negligence and construction issues.  Rob has a keen interest in disputes involving the motor trade, having acted for the UK provider of tailor-made finance and leasing solutions offered by one prestigious German motor vehicle manufacturer and for a group of UK dealerships of another notable German marque.

Rob has successfully completed training as a mediator and has been accredited by ADR Chambers UK
