General Information: 
The Hon Sir Oliver Popplewell has a particular experience in defamation and sports law but is available for general assignments in alternative dispute resolution as well as in domestic and international arbitration.

In his time on the bench Sir Oliver was one of the two High Court Judges assigned to deal with libel matters. He therefore dealt with a great many of the high profile cases cases coming before the Queen's Bench Division such as;
