Helen Galley has acted in a wide range of commercial/contract related disputes, company law, partnership disputes, corporate and personal insolvency,trust issues, contentious and non-contentious probate.   Helen is a member of the Property Bar Association and over 50% of her practice is property related.    She has extensive expertise in both contentious and non-contentious issues ranging from small scale residential disputes to multi million pound commercial developments in the City of London.

She relishes working under pressure to deadlines and in her ability to give commercially directed and decisive advice. She has built up extensive and wide ranging expertise in both non contentious and contentious property matters ranging from small scale cases to multi-million pound developments. Helen has also acted in a wide range of commercial and business disputes in areas as diverse as travel, hire purchase, the media, entertainment, IPR, IT and e commerce. She has extensive experience of insolvency work, both personal and corporate including company administrations, directors’ disqualification, and voluntary arrangements. Contentious and noncontentious trusts matters, both on and offshore, are a regular feature of her caseload.
