Graham Sinclair

As a barrister Graham specialises in property matters such as landlord & tenant, nuisance and other property-related torts; boundaries & easements; trusts of land; contract; partnership; negligence (including professional negligence); aspects of local government work; inheritance claims and contested probate. As an RPTS chairman he regularly has to tease out issues between unrepresented parties in disputes about property management, encouraging them to adopt a constructive, co-operative and forward-thinking approach to resolving problems for the sake of their future enjoyment of their building.

As a mediator he has applied the skills thus acquired in helping to resolve disputes between partners in family businesses; small building disputes; contracts involving haulage, a holiday villa, installation of a hotel telephone system, packaging; property lettings management; trusts of land; wills and family provision; commercial & family loans; and many many boundary, adverse possession, right of way & parking disputes

Outside Interests
A subscribing member of the British Film Institute and CAMRA; a regular reader of Sight and Sound and Private Eye, and an occasional hill walker and Munro-bagger when he can get into the Highlands.
