Practising full time since 1988 as a member of the Patent Bar, with experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property and related subjects. Regularly appears at all levels of litigation forum, and in non contentious matters (e.g.; licensing and assignments) including the Patent Office, UK & EPO, Trade Mark Registry, Patents Court, High Court (Chancery Division), Court of Appeal. Also an active practise at an advisory level with well established and International client base (benefiting from direct professional access and direct foreign client access on non litigious matters).

Full experience of drafting pleadings, notices, licences, assignments and all related documentation. Additionally lectures, produces papers and conducts seminars in the field of Intellectual Property for the purposes of continuing education for members of the Chartered Institute of Patent Agents, the Institute of Trade Mark Agents and the Law Society (solicitors professional education) and commercial clients' in-house purposes.
