ADR Chambers UK was formed in 1999 as the UK arm of a worldwide dispute resolution group specialising in the cost-effective and timely resolution of disputes, primarily commercial but also in the workplace and family.  Our services include the appointment of Mediators, Arbitrators and Neutrals, Mediator training and consultancy.

ADR Chambers UK's Panel members comprise some of the UK's leading Arbitrators and Mediators, all of whom are trained and accredited in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. Our Senior Panel includes highly respected retired members of the Judiciary -view our Senior Panel members.  We also operate a substantial Specialist Panel of leading practising Barristers, Solicitors and other professionals who are dedicated to specific areas of law where they help parties engaged in arbitration and mediation to resolve disputes in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.   Click here for a list of Specialist Panel members. 

Panel members are independent contractors under the umbrella of ADR Chambers UK, which provides support services to members and  clients.

ADR Chambers UK requires that all its members should have undergone full and appropriate training and accreditation either through its own Mediator training programme, which is recognised by the Civil Mediation Council, or through another CMC recognised training provider.   We require that mediator members undertake mediation specific CPD annually; that they have in place appropriate professional indemnity insurance and that they adhere to the EU Code of Conduct for Mediators.

Our services include Mediation, Arbitration, Mediation/Arbitration (Med-Arb), Neutral Evaluation, Mini-Trials and Private Final Appeals. This last is an excellent option available by consent from trial judgments in civil disputes or from Arbitral Awards. We also provide consultation services relating to the design of ADR systems for government and private sector organisations, Inquiries and fact-finding services.

ADR Chambers UK was one of the few leading providers to the National Mediation Helpline at its inception and for several years thereafter.
